The SETI project to find radio signal from needs your help. A small program, that you install on your computer, processes raw data collected from the receiving station has collected and send the results back to the SETI Web site. You'll be doing real work and you can see the results on your computer screen.

ASTRONOMY MAGAZINE should be your first choice if you 're just starting out as a stargazer or a serious hobbiest. Each month it features many easy to understand articles and is well illustrated. Their WEB site often contains updated information that was to late to print in the current issue.

THE VERMONT ASTRONOMICAL SOCIETY

Lance joined the V.A.S. in 1985 when he first started learning the basics of astronomy. Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month. This site contains current information about upcoming meetings and other activities.
